Recorded once

A sale posts to stock, the customer's ledger and the cash box in the same moment. Nothing is typed twice, so nothing drifts.

All-or-nothing

A sale, a payment or a cheque is recorded completely or not at all, never halfway. If anything fails, nothing changes.

Cheques move money only when cleared

A pending cheque changes no balance. Clear it into a bank or the cash box and the money moves; if it bounces, undo it.

Delete reverses exactly

Edit or cancel a sale and money and stock are put back exactly. Managers can never delete money records, and every change is logged.
