Shops rarely fail for lack of customers. They leak.
Most shops here do not fail because of a lack of customers. They lose money quietly: a credit sale written on a slip that goes missing, a supplier balance nobody is sure about, a cheque that bounced and was never reversed, a drawer that does not match the daily book.
LiveKaatha exists to close those gaps. It records every rupee once, in the right place, and keeps stock, customers, suppliers, cash, banks and cheques in balance with each other, on the web, on Windows and Mac, and on the phone.

Spreadsheets and paper khatas lose money
A khata shows what a customer owes, but not whether the cheque he gave has cleared, or whether the stock he took has been counted. Errors hide until the year-end, when it is too late.
Most software ignores cheques and supplier credit
Point-of-sale tools assume cash. Real trading runs on post-dated cheques, credit from suppliers and endorsements between them. LiveKaatha treats these as first-class money, not as notes in a comment field.
Shop staff need Urdu and Pashto
The person at the counter should not need English to make a sale. LiveKaatha runs in English, Urdu, Pashto, Hindi and Arabic, with right-to-left layout where it belongs.
Four rules the software never breaks
They are not slogans. They are how the code is built, and why the numbers add up.
Money is recorded once
A sale, a payment or a cheque touches stock, the customer ledger, cash or bank in one move. There is no second place to update and no way for the two to drift apart.
Every action is reversible
Cancel a sale, return a purchase, bounce a cheque: the money and stock go back exactly where they came from, and the change is logged with who did it.
Your data is yours
Export everything as CSV at any time. If you leave, your data is deleted from our servers within 30 days. We do not sell it, mine it or show ads.
Software should fit the shop
Switch modules on or off, pick your language and currency, add your logo. If your trade needs a document or a workflow we do not have, we build it.
We do the setting up. You run the shop.
Nobody should have to learn a database to keep their books. From the first day, a person from LiveKaatha is on the other end.

We create your business, its owner login, warehouses and staff accounts. You start with a working system, not an empty one.
